On January 28th, Edgar Unterkirchner and Tonč Feinig were scheduled to perform the musical portion of the Carinthian State Medal of Honor ceremony.
But then came a surprise: Tonč Feinig received a medal of honor, and Edgar Unterkirchner was awarded a medal of honor and the title of Professor!
The other honorees were: Caroline Hudelist, Johann (Hanzi) Tomažič, Margaretha Maria Bauer, Janez Gregorič, and Gernot Ragger.

Yay, we’re coming to the Organic Citrus Garden at Lake Faak!
With a brand-new band — in fact, a small big band — we’ll make sure this will be a truly unforgettable evening!
Under the motto “Music from Bowie, Cohen & Dylan to Tonč!” a genuine Carinthian all-star lineup takes the stage: featuring Edgar Unterkirchner, Philipp Fellner, Alexandra Lassnig-Walder and Michael Kraxner.
They are joined by Feinig’s outstanding band: Jaka Krušič on bass, Vukašin Miškovič on guitar, Pavel Čebašek on percussion, and Reinhold Schmölzer on drums.
The evening will be unique thanks to the magical setting of Austria’s first and only organic citrus garden!
And there’s more: Especially for this concert, one of the top winemaker families from Langenlois will bring a selection of their wines to the Citrus Garden at Lake Faak. Anna Leithner from the Leithner Winery will present some of their finest wines!

Here is the new single Daham – Doma, a collaboration with singer-songwriter Miro Müller, who is also the frontman of Popwal — one of Austria’s most exciting up-and-coming bands performing in the Carinthian dialect. Katharina Schuster, also a member of Popwal, is featured on this track.
It is a song about Carinthia, written in both of the region’s languages — German and Slovenian.
The premiere took place on October 10th, 2022, in the Landhaushof in Klagenfurt, on the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the plebiscite in Southern Carinthia, in which the majority of citizens voted to remain part of the young Republic of Austria!

I’m happy to announce the release of my second video, SHINE!
The Austrian award-winning filmmakers David Hofer and Karim Shafik brought this vision to life, and I’m deeply grateful to be able to work with such inspiring and talented people.
And of course, there’s the song itself — a kind of short story of my life — performed by wonderful musicians and long-time collaborators: Robert Jukič on bass, Thomas Käfel on drums, and Tobija Hudnik on guitar.
The team is completed by sound engineer and mixing master Peter Tomic, who truly did an outstanding job, and Horst Pfaffelmayer, whose mastering gave the track its final shine!
